How do I get my plants?

All orders must be picked up at Gardengate - 915 Southill St. in Kamloops. Once your order is received, we will email you your pick up date.

Orders will not be shipped.

What if I cannot pick up on the date I am given?

You can have someone pick up on your behalf as long as they have the name the order was placed under.


Alternatively, we can work with you to try and facilitate an alternate pick up date. These arrangements must be made prior to pick up date. If you contact us after your scheduled pick up date to arrange for an alternate date, your plants may not be available. 

How do I pay?

All payment will be taken at time of pick up. Payment can be cash, debit, or cheque.


We do not accept credit cards. 

You cannot pay online. 

What if I want to add something to my order?

Submit another order if you realize you forgot something or want to order more.

In order to pick it up at the same time as a previous order, please leave a note with your second order. 

You usually have more selection than this. Where is my favourite Gardengate variety?

We have limited the number of items available for online sale. 

There will be a greater selection of plants at our scheduled in-person sales days. 

Will you still be open for in-person sales?

Yes! We will have our regular in-person sales on Saturday May 8 and Saturday May 15 from 9am - 1pm. 

There will be items available in-person that may not be available to order online.
